Statutory authority established to protect the community and guide the medical profession. The board registers doctors and investigates complaints about doctors.

Office of Police Integrity (OPI)
The Office of Police Integrity (OPI) ensures the highest ethical and professional standards are maintained in the Victoria Police Force and to ensure that police corruption and serious misconduct is detected, investigated and prevented.
The office deals with complaints against police as well as conducting investigations into a range of systemic issues and police corruption.
